Location: Áines Boutique, Main Street, Longford
 Hours: 4  days per week, including Saturdays

 Áines Boutique is looking for a confident and personable Fashion Sales Assistant to join our close-knit team.

💫 About the Role

You’ll play a key role in helping our customers look and feel their best — from offering honest style advice to creating memorable shopping experiences.
 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients and providing an exceptional in-store experience.

  • Styling customers and assisting them in finding pieces that suit their personality and lifestyle.

  • Maintaining boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards.

  • Collaborating closely with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold Áines’ customer-first culture.

  • Supporting seasonal promotions, events, and new collections.

 

👗 About You

We’re looking for a woman who brings confidence, warmth, and experience to the floor. You’ll be the kind of person who naturally builds relationships and enjoys creating connections through fashion.

You’ll succeed here if you:

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in fashion retail or boutique sales.

  • Are passionate about styling and current trends.

  • Value customer service above all else — patient, attentive, and professional.

  • Are reliable, punctual, and proactive.

  • Are comfortable working as part of a small, friendly team.

  • Enjoy bringing your own personality and flair to your work.

Experience in lingerie fitting, social media, or visual merchandising is an advantage — but attitude, confidence, and client care are most important.
